Impressive detached Dutch Barn conversion, nestling in the heart of Devon, offers families or groups a great holiday home, with a degree of seclusion, a private hot tub and fabulous countryside views.

Nestling at the end of a long farm concrete driveway with fabulous valley views, this newly renovated property completed in 2021 provides superb accommodation for friends or families to holiday and enjoy the high specification accommodation and facilities. The location is truly idilic, with delightful villages such as Cadeleigh and Bickleigh nearby and the River Exe winding through the renowned dark red soil of the area. The nearby town of Tiverton has a pretty canal offering boats for hire, or alternatively just sit back and enjoy a horse drawn barge ridge. A short drive takes you to the historic city of Exeter, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants.

On entering the attractive and spacious property, which has beautiful exposed brick walls and beams, you will find yourself in a a spacious entrance hall, with underfloor heating. This useful area is adjoined by a utility room with both a washing machine and tumble dryer, and also an additional ground floor WC. From here venture further into the property where you will discover the first of the living areas and this comprises a relaxed cinema/pool table room with lovely exposed beams, a large corner sofa and armchair. Entertainment for all ages is provided in the form of a projector, Blu-ray DVD, Smart TV as well as a full-sized pool table. Accessed on the other side of the hallway further living space is provided in the form of a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. This fabulously sociable room includes a feature brick wall and vaulted ceiling, Smart Tv, lovely large widows and French doors to the outside with views beyond, proving a great venue for a relaxed family meal. The kitchen itself is well appointed with a quartz work surface and breakfast bar, offering everything any keen cook could wish for including two electric ovens, an electric hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, wine rack and dishwasher. Completing the offering on the ground floor, accessed through the first living space is the first of the beautiful bedrooms, with a king-size bed with a Smart TV, en-suite shower room with WC, and French doors to outside with outstanding views. Venturing up the oak staircase and into the first floor you will then discover the other perfectly appointed bedrooms with two having large glass windows looking out over the countryside. These consist of a spacious king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with WC, a cosy twin bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with WC and lastly a further king- size with en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC.

Located to the rear of the property and accessed via all of the ground floor living space, a large enclosed garden has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. A generously proportioned patio is presented with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ and fire pit providing the perfect place to relax in the sun. At the end of the day you can relax in your own covered private hot tub. Private off-road parking for four cars is provided within the private enclosed area.
